China Digital Entertainment Expo & Conference (ChinaJoy) is a comprehensive international digital entertainment industry event co-directed by the National Press and Publication Administration and Shanghai Municipal People's Government, organized by China Audio-video and Digital Publishing Association and Howell International Trade Fair Ltd. and co-organized by the Administration of Press and Publication of Shanghai Municipality and the People's Government of Pudong District.

Instructions for Collecting the BTOB Trade Visitor Pass:

1. Passport is required to enter ChinaJoy. Attendees must scan their passports at the turnstiles. Please ensure you bring passport with you. Otherwise, entry will not be permitted.

2.After successfully purchasing your ticket with your passport, please collect your trade visitor pass at the Trade Visitor Pass Collection Counter in the General Services Center of Hall W5 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from July 31 to August 3, 2025. You must present passport when collecting your pass.

*The pass can only be used by the person whose passport is bound with it. Please be kindly informed and keep the pass properly. 

*By purchasing passes, it means that you accept and agree with the pass collection process made by organizer. Thank you for your support!

Refund Policy‌

• Refund requests can be submitted ‌before 00:00 (midnight) on July 29th, 2025‌. A ‌10% processing fee‌ will be deducted from the refund amount.

• ‌No refunds will be accepted after 00:00 on July 29th, 2025‌.
